ABAW in collaboration with AU Bond host a private school selection seminar on the 22nd of May 2024, bringing together over 40 enthusiastic participants. On May 21, 2024, the Asian Business Association of Whitehorse (ABAW) had the honor of welcoming Mr Fang Xinwen, the new Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Melbourne, at Box Hill Town Hall. During this productive meeting, Mr Fang praised ABAW for its outstanding contributions to cultural exchange, community service, and local economic growth.

ABAW President Ms Bihong Wang detailed the Association’s ongoing efforts to support the Chinese community and strengthen economic and cultural ties. Consul General Fang shared insights into China’s economic advancements and highlighted the significant role of China-Australia relations, particularly Victoria’s leading position in these collaborations.
